  Introduction to Bruckless House

Bruckless House, the home of Joan & Clive Evans, is an attractive 18th century Classical house. Listed as a protected building, it has a traditional cobbled farmyard and is set in 18 acres of parkland. Bruckless House borders Bruckless Harbour, with meadows, mature woodland and spacious informal award-winning gardens of the Robinsonian kind. Connemara Ponies are bred here and can be seen grazing in the parkland.

From here the visitor can explore the many interesting and significant local archaeological sites or simply enjoy some of the most beautiful and unspoilt Atlantic Coastline. Sea and river fishing can be arranged: there are two golf courses within easy reach. Horseback riding may also be arranged nearby. Excellent restaurants in the vicinity.

Some French, German and Chinese spoken. Open 1st May - 30th September.
